Customer information

Ordering, delivery and returns in one place.

A consolidated policy page replaces fragmented customer information while preserving the key steps customers need.

01

Ordering and quotations

Website availability and package details should be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. A quotation should identify the equipment, included accessories, price, VAT treatment, delivery charge and expected lead time.

An order becomes binding only when accepted under the applicable terms. Bespoke, configured or special-order equipment may have different cancellation rights.

02

Dispatch and delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may depend on manufacturer or distributor stock. Customers should not schedule dependent site work until dispatch has been confirmed.

Equipment should be sent using an appropriate insured and tracked service. Risk and title are governed by the final accepted terms and quotation.

03

Inspecting a delivery

Check outer packaging before signing where possible. Report visible damage, missing items or incorrect goods promptly and retain all packaging while the issue is reviewed.

04

Cancellations and returns

Contact Omega before returning any item so the correct return route and reference can be supplied. Goods should be complete, safely packed and accompanied by the relevant order information.

Consumer statutory rights are not affected. Business purchases, special orders and configured equipment may be subject to different terms.

05

Sending equipment to the workshop

Remove loose accessories unless they are relevant to the fault. Protect the instrument inside its case, place the case inside a suitable outer carton and include sender details, model, serial number and the required work.

Production legal review required.

This migration-ready copy must be reconciled against the business’s currently binding terms, carrier arrangements and consumer-law process before launch.
